However, in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to Florida, specific credentials (such as NCIDQ certification) may be required for commercial interior design work involving regulated design submissions.

Scope of Services

Design Styles’ services are limited to the following:

Conceptual design development

Conceptual renderings and visual presentations

Furniture, décor, and styling recommendations

Design consultation and creative direction

 

All services are advisory and conceptual in nature.

Exclusions & Professional Responsibility

Design Styles does not provide:

 

Architectural services

Engineering services

Life safety analysis

Building code compliance review

ADA, fire, egress, or wellness compliance verification

Construction documents for permit submission

 

Any final life safety, wellness, code compliance, and permitting review must be completed by a licensed architect, engineer, or other qualified professional, as required by the applicable jurisdiction.

Commercial Projects

For commercial projects, Design Styles may provide conceptual design consultation only, including visual concepts and aesthetic direction. Any drawings, renderings, or materials provided are not intended for permitting, construction, or regulatory submission.

Clients are responsible for engaging appropriately licensed professionals to prepare and submit all required documents.

Design Styles does not provide legal advice, licensing guidance, or regulatory interpretation. Clients are encouraged to consult with local building departments, licensed professionals, or legal counsel to confirm applicable requirements for their specific project and location.
